What is available?
Our fitness experts will give you a gym program tailored to your specific needs and help you get your fitness goals back on track. Whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle or improve your overall fitness, we’ll give you the tools and program to make it a reality.
Ideal for rugby and hurling players to gain the extra advantage after the extended time-off, when returning from injury or during the new season.
We will also be re-starting our 1:1 rehabilitation programs. Recommended for those looking to come back from a sporting injury, these programs can also focus on supporting rehabilitation from injuries suffered while working from home (in less than suitable office set ups).
